Kids' & Teens' Classes

We run Kids' & Teens' classes on Sunday mornings.

Our classes are split into the following age groups:

4 - 7 year olds

8 - 10 year olds

11 - 15 year olds

Each class is 45 minutes long.

Like the adult classes, we focus on functional movements and cover elements of gymnastics, olympic weightlifting and metabolic conditioning. The emphasis is to teach these skills in a fun, engaging and appropriate environment.

Each class is split up to include the following:

  • Warm up

  • Skills

  • WOD (workout of the day)

  • Game / Finisher
