Gymnastics : 4 rds ( 8 min Cap) 

20-30 Handstand Hold 

20-30 Push Plank Hold ( use rings if possible)

20-30 Russian twists ( use weight if possible)

Strength : Push Press 

6 x 4 @70-80%

Condtioning : Death by By T2B/Burpee

1st min 2 T2B 2 Burpee

2nd min 3 T2B 3 Burpee 

3rd min 4... 4...

* add on 1 rep of each movement each round until you fail to get the required reps completed within the min
