Womens health workshop

Join us on Saturday September 3rd for an afternoon of all things health, nutrition and fitness with Charlotte Keogh, Pilates instructor with a special interest in womens health and Kate Conway, Nutritional Therapist who specialises in nutrition around digestive issues and hormone imbalances

Schedule:

12pm:       Arrive and welcome R&R

12.15pm:  Pilates Flow with Overball

1pm:         "The menstrual Cycle: Learn about the different                        stages and how to optimise your training" talk by                    Kate

2pm:         Break and Q&A

2.30pm:    Bike/Row/Ski

3pm:         Finish

Price is €35 and includes a recording of the class along with your own overball to take home with you to practice in your own time
