About Us
CrossFit Limerick is Limerick's first and largest CrossFit affiliate. It was set up in 2012 by Conor Crowley & Derek Cremin who had been training and coaching CrossFit in their home town of Mallow, Co Cork & were keen to share their knowledge and love of CrossFit . Today, their highly equipped 4000 sq ft warehouse gym facility can be found close to Limerick city.

CrossFit Limerick's training methods of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness; from children to elite athletes, and everyone in between.
Programming combines the most effective aspects of gymnastics, olympic weightlifting & high intensity cardio. It is suitable for all levels of fitness and ability. We are proud of our sense of community that is integral to CrossFit gyms around the world.
