Our programming is constantly varied and incorporates the best elements of gymnastics, weightlifitng, rowing, running and more.
They are suitable for all abilities and are individually scaled to suit everybody.
Crossfit Endurance classes are dedicated to improving performance, fitness and endurance.
In simple terms, it is going to be very sweaty and it is going to make you very fit. Endurance work compliments regular Crossfit training by increasing speed, power and recovery times.
The emphasis is on cardio elements like running, rowing, assault bikes, ski ergs, skipping etc.
Fitness Express is a 45 minute high intensity fitness class based on the same functional movements as CrossFit without any barbell or gymnastics movements.
The idea of this class is to give similar conditioning results as a regular CrossFit class in a shorter timeframe & with less complicated movements than many CrossFit classes include.
The class includes exercises like running, rowing, skiing, biking, burpees, wallballs, airsquats, kettlebells, dumbbells, sit-ups, push-ups etc.
