* Warm up with reps of 4 up to 50-60% of 1RM then start working sets every 2:30.

Conditioning : 20 mins ( no measure )

5 Bench

16 KB Gorilla Rows

5 Strict chin ups ( use weight if necessary )

20 Sec L sit from bar or floor.
